What happens to your calculator enquiry

Nothing is stored until you consent

The calculator runs in your browser. Your figures are not saved while you use it. They are only sent when you submit the enquiry form with the consent box ticked.

What is stored

• Your name, company, email and telephone number if given.
• The calculator inputs you entered and the results our server recalculates from them.
• A record of your contact consent, with its wording version and a timestamp.

These are kept in the database of the current workspace.

What does not happen

Your enquiry is not automatically sent to a CRM, emailed or added to any marketing list, and it is not automatically shared with lenders. It is used only to respond to this request.

Retention

A production retention policy and privacy review must be approved before this form is launched publicly.
