Privacy notice for the calculator review workspace
This notice describes the calculator built for Ocean Capital Exchange Ltd in this review workspace. It is not a replacement for Ocean's production privacy policy. Avoid entering confidential trading records or sensitive personal information.
What the calculator collects
You can calculate without giving your name or contact details. Calculator inputs and edits stay in this page's memory until you leave or reload. They are not saved by the calculator until you submit the optional enquiry form.
The enquiry records your name, company, email, optional telephone and currency pairs, contact consent and separate email/telephone marketing preferences. It also records annual volume, margins and whether your current margin is known, optional provider and currency pair, selected industry and expenditure assumptions, server-calculated results, reference sources, the consent version and submission date.
Purpose and destination
The form creates a record for reviewing the proposed FX cost-comparison enquiry flow. Records are stored in this project's review database on Replit. Workspace administrators with database access can view them. There is no public lead-list endpoint.
Submitting does not send an email, notify a dealer, deliver to Ocean's hosted forms or CRM, create an account or subscribe you to marketing. Marketing choices are preferences recorded with the enquiry, not active subscriptions. The calculator makes no automated credit, eligibility or financial decisions.
Storage and removal
This review build has no automatic lead-retention schedule. Records remain in the review database until a workspace administrator removes them. A production retention period, processing arrangements and full privacy policy require owner approval before this form is used to collect live enquiries.

Your choices
The contact-request checkbox is required only to submit an enquiry; marketing checkboxes are optional and start unticked. You can use the calculator without submitting. Source links take you to third-party websites with their own policies. This calculator does not itself set tracking cookies.
