What happens to your calculator enquiry

Nothing is stored until you consent

The calculators run in your browser. Figures are only sent when you submit an enquiry form with the consent box ticked.

What is stored

• Your name, company, email and telephone number if given.
• Which calculator you used, the inputs you entered and the results our server recalculates from them, with the calculation model version.
• A record of your contact consent, with its wording version and a timestamp.

These are kept in the database of the current review workspace.

What does not happen

Your enquiry is not used for marketing, is not automatically sent to a CRM or emailed, and is not automatically shared with any lender or provider. It is used only to respond to this request.

Retention and access

A production retention period and access process must be approved before these forms are launched publicly.
