For Private individuals, we tend to be able get your account live the same day, occasionally within a couple of hours, for regular SMEs it’ll typically be 1-2 days, for larger more complex structures it’ll be 3-5 days.

Yes, you can lock in a rate now for a date in the future. This is called a forward contract. You will sometimes need to pay an initial deposit and then the balance will be due by the end of the contract. Speak to your dealer for more information.

The process is simple:

  • Complete either and private client or corporate client application and open an account
  • Once opened, book a trade either online, over the phone or via email with your dealer
  • Receive a transaction receipt (invoice), pay that invoice in the currency you’re selling
  • Instruct a payment to your beneficiary (Supplier, associated company or back to your own account)
  • Funds will be automatically converted once received and released ASAP, occasionally within seconds, to your chose payee. When they’re received will be dependent on the currency and time zone of the beneficiary, speak to your dealer for more information.
